1. What We Collect
When you contact us to book a home-visit doctor we collect:
- Contact details (name, phone number, email, WhatsApp number)
- Location details (villa, hotel, or address in Bali)
- Medical information you choose to share (symptoms, allergies, medical history, medications)
- Technical data about your visit to the website (IP address, browser, pages viewed), via standard analytics
2. How We Use It
Your information is used only to:
- Dispatch a doctor to your location
- Share the necessary clinical details with the attending doctor so they can prepare appropriate medication and equipment
- Follow up on your visit if needed
- Improve the website and measure aggregate traffic
We do not sell your personal or medical information to third parties and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
3. Sharing with Doctors
The attending doctor receives the minimum information needed to deliver the consultation. After the visit, your clinical record becomes part of the doctor's own medical records, held under Indonesian medical practice rules.
4. WhatsApp Communication
Most bookings are handled via WhatsApp. WhatsApp uses end-to-end encryption in transit, but conversations are stored on your device and on the device of the person receiving the message. Do not share information that you consider highly sensitive unless you are comfortable with it being stored on both devices.
5. Retention
Booking records are retained for the period required by Indonesian tax and medical-practice law (typically 10 years for medical records held by the doctor; shorter for platform-side booking logs). Analytics data is retained per the standard retention settings of our analytics provider.
6. Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data held by the platform by emailing [email protected]. Medical records held by the attending doctor are governed by Indonesian medical-practice law and must be requested from the doctor directly.
7. Cookies & Analytics
The website uses basic analytics to understand aggregate traffic (pages visited, referring source, country). No personally identifiable information is attached to analytics beyond what is standard. You can block analytics cookies via your browser settings.
